The Ladies Bible Study meets once a month (on the second Tuesday) at 7.30pm. We meet in various women's homes. The venue for the following bible study is decided at the closing of the study (after a willing volunteer suggests the use of their home). The format of the study is one hour of study and discussion. After study, opportunity is given to any of the women present to give specific prayer requests not only pertaining to their own needs but also to the needs of others. Then there is a time of prayer. The evening is ended with fellowship; coffee /tea and some eats. The Ladies Bible Study is open to all females regardless of age and it is also open to women who do not attend St Peter's. In the past we have had several women from other denominations who have joined the study. The aim of the Ladies Bible Study is to encourage fellowship and friendship through studying God's word together. It is also important that as women we are able to give support to one another not only through studying God's word but by praying together. It is my vision that as women our bonds would become stronger in the Lord and together we would glorify our Saviour and Creator by our love and servitude towards one another and to those in our communities.
